My Approach

My teaching style is built on three core pillars:

• Conceptual Clarity: Math isn't about memorizing steps or formulas — it's about understanding why things work. By focusing on fundamental concepts, I help students build strong mathematical intuition that makes even the most complex problems feel natural.
• Personalized Flexibility: Every student learns differently, and lessons should adapt to you, not the other way around. Whether we need to pause to rebuild a foundation or speed up to tackle advanced material, every session is customized in real-time.
• Genuine Connection: I treat every student as a peer. Learning math can be intimidating, but I strive to build a collaborative, encouraging environment where it's completely safe to make mistakes and ask questions.

Tutor Qualifications

• 4 semesters' worth of Princeton math in high school
• 4 years of tutoring experience (HomeFront NJ's Joy, Hopes and Dreams Tutoring Program)
• 1570 SAT/800 Math
• Hun School Class of 2026 Salutatorian
